About Us   My name is Dale Miller and my company is Trusted Home Inspections.  I strive to help reduce the home buyer’s fear of the unknown and give them peace of mind on their upcoming purchase.  During an inspection, I try to put myself in my client’s position and ask the questions they need answered: Is there anything that I should know about this house that could cost me money in the near future? Does everything work that is supposed to be working? Will the house be safe and structurally sound for me and my family? To address each of these issues, I spend the time necessary to uncover anything that could be a concern to me, the buyer and/or the real estate agent. My computer generated report is very highly rated by real estate agents and buyers.  The most important question that real estate agents ask is:  “What’s wrong with the house?”  That is why the first part of the report is the Repair Summary.  Using the summary, the agent/buyer can pinpoint the most important items without having to look at the whole report.  The full report includes pictures for reference and additional comments.
